PB Coconut Balls

Skyler’s Nana has been making these for the family and they are so quick, easy, and delicious I had to share!

This recipe is simple and interchangeable. You can substitute different ingredients, depending on taste preference, and how healthy you want them to be. The original recipe called for powdered sugar, butter, and I think maple syrup. Nana started to make them with honey and dry milk instead for a healthier option.

I couldn’t find dry milk when I started measuring the ingredients out today so I used almond flour instead. This is a no-bake recipe, you simply combine the ingredients, roll coconut flakes all around it, and then refrigerate. Voila!
